The Krohne OPTIWAVE 7400 AI smart radar level transmitter adopts advanced FMCW frequency modulated continuous wave radar technology, combined with Krohne industrial AI intelligent algorithm. It realizes automatic signal filtering, echo optimization and real-time working condition judgment.
Traditional radar level meters are easily affected by steam, foam, stirring and dust, leading to unstable data. The AI version OPTIWAVE 7400 can intelligently distinguish valid echoes from interference signals, automatically calibrate measurement parameters, and greatly improve data stability and accuracy.
It supports continuous level measurement of liquid, paste and granular materials. With IP68 protection grade, ATEX, IECEx and SIL2 safety certification, it is perfectly suitable for chemical, petrochemical, oil & gas, water treatment and power industry. Built-in HART and Modbus protocol enables seamless connection with industrial control system for intelligent factory automatic monitoring.
